Pedi-Time!

I really should get pedicures more often.  It seems like I get 1 only once a year.  I usually go to Lotus Nail Spa in Cerritos for the Lotus Pedicure. Price $30.00 and if you want french tip $3.00 on top.  I almost fell asleep while she was massaging my legs. -_____- sigh

Now time to grow out my nails again.  Ultimately failed.  I was going 6 months strong without biting & one day I decided to do a little uncontrollable biting and now I'm left with ugly nails again.

Small Pleasures

I haven't bitten my nails since I took off my acrylics!  * Pats myself on back*

 Nail polish and keeping my nails nice & trimmed have helped me to stop biting them. 

I just have to keep this up. 

I bought some nail art supplies at the swapmeet on Saturday.

The Ugly Side of Pretty Nails

3 months in and I have finally taken off my acrylics.  Oh man.  I spent the whole day trying to figure out the best techniques to take these suckers off without damaging my real nails too badly.  I remember at the nail salon, the lady used 1 fake acrylic nail to take them off so I tried to look for something that was close to it.

Here it is: 

Yes.  I know what you're thinking.  What the heck... a folder tab?!?!.o_O? 

Dude it did the job and when parts of it started bending, you can just cut it off to make it brand new again.

Here's the aftermath.  My thin, brittle, short, damaged nails.  Don't worry nails I'll take care of you~

I hope I don't start biting them again.  Wish me luck~

Addicted to Acrylics

Ever since the beginning of March, I've been getting my nails done every couple of weeks or so.
I seriously think I'm addicted.  I love how my nails look so feminine after years of having them look nasty from biting them.  Now I'm really enjoying all the different colors that are beautifully painted on my once nasty jagged nails.  Someone even complimented my nails and that NEVER happens!! lol
