Stop Being Lazy!!

For the past how many months now, I've been really slacking off in the exercise department.  I really need to get back on track with my workouts or else I'm gonna get lazy.  Once a week is not enough.  I keep telling myself that being tired is not an excuse because I was consistent for a year and always went after a long day of work.  It's not that I'm so obsessed over my physical appearance, but I really want to make exercising a big part of my life so when I'm older I can have a healthier body.  Also after losing 25lbs, I don't want my skin to get flabby.
