Food!

What I love about Korean markets?
Pre-marinated beef

Kimchi Buchimgae wrapped in perilla leaves

I added moo changachi

Then wrapped like so

I've been buying fresh pineapples consistently.
Korean market sells it for $2.99.

Undressed pineapples.
Pop 'em in the fridge - now all ready to eat.

I just decided to experiment with whatever ingredients I had on hand.
I usually make tuna salad, but this time decided to make it hot instead of cold & sauteed all of these ingredients on a pan and added soy sauce & sesame oil.
Tuna, egg whites, onions, and bell peppers.
Outcome: it was okay.  Not that great.  Probably won't make it again. lol

Spontaneously attempted to make sweet potato fries with Korean gogoma.

Outcome: Came out really good.
2nd batch I added too much oil, but I loved the parts that were more crispy.
Next time, if I purchase a mandoline slicer, I'm gonna make them a little thinner, add less oil.
