UPDATE

LOST 1.2 lbs in 2 weeks.

But still haven't made an effort to exercise since my post about losing weight.

I need to stop being lazy about working out.

Need some motivation

I think instead of thinking "I need to exercise to lose weight", train yourself to think, "I need to work out so I am healthier and feel better". AND, an added bonus is to think "I'm going to feel great when my clothes feel looser". Good luck, girrrlll!! :)

Btw, when are we doing dinner? Sometime in August??

Thanks Susan! I need to keep telling myself instead of grabbing my thigh fat and feeling like crap lol
