
I really wanted to make some pork chops because I know David likes them, but they definitely did not come out the way I wanted. Grilling is so much easier and there's less of a chance they'll dry out. Maybe I should get a grill?
Next time, I'm going to buy thicker pork chops. I overcooked the thinner pieces and the thickest piece came out just right.
I recommend quadrupling the sauce and leave it marinating for 6+ hours.
