MAKE UP MAKE UP MAKE UP

I decided to dedicate this blog entry to make up or skin care products I love!

Bare Minerals in "Light"
I think everyone and their mamas use Bare Minerals because we love it..
I haven't tried the matte version, but i'm willing to to give it a try.
Thank goodness for mineral foundation.

Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion - $18
I don't think I can ever wear eyeshadow w/ out this primer.
I've been using this primer for 2 years now and I have to say I was missing out big time before I encountered this beautiful creation.
Anyone who wears eyeshadow at all...YOU HAVE TO GET THIS PRIMER.
The purple bottle is the original and it's sheer.  It's more for people who wear matte shadows.
The gold bottle is the color "sin" and it's more for people who wear shimmery eyeshadow.
It dries quickly, eye shadows last all day without having to reapply, and no creasing on your lids!!

Urban Decay Eyeshadow  - $17
These are the best!!  I'm a collector and all of the eye shadows I use are by Urban Decay.
Pigment rich.  Beautiful colors.  Very blendable.  Smooth application.

 Anastasia Brow Powder - $22
Every time I did my make up, I used to never do my eyebrows until I watched this make up tutorial on You tube and this girl kept saying "define your eyebrows."  So i hit up Sephora and bought this brow powder duo by Anastasia.  I love it and by doing my eyebrows, it makes my eye make up stand out more.
I use the color "brunette"

Make up Forever Aqua Eyes black eyeliner -  $17
My favorite eye liner in the whole world.  I can't live without this since I don't have a whole lot of lashes that make my eyes look dark.  Best I've tried so far in my life.
Shisiedo Softener aka Toner - $35
From their "Skin Care" Line
I love this softener!! OMG makes my skin superrrrr soft.

Lancome's Maquicomplet Concealer - $28.50
I use Medium Bisque
I use this for my dark under eye circles that I get from my allergies, smoking, and maybe genetics.
My friend recommended this product to me and I love it.  I noticed I had a hard time finding a concealer shade that matched my face because I have REALLY yellow tones..
I'm going to stick with this one for a while.  It's light weight, absorbs quickly, and had more coverage than other one's I've tried without feeling heavy.

Kabuki brush from EverydayMinerals.com
My friend recommended this brush and I LOVE IT!!
It's shorter than you would think, but it's really really soft and it's cheap.
I think $10?
For other great make up brushes, I recommend Sonia Kashuk & Ecotools.
They're super soft and affordable.  Sonia Kashuk's brushes can be found @ Target.  I use this one for blush & bronzer.  It's SUPER SUPER SOFT.
Ecotool individual brushes are kind of difficult to find since they always come in sets.
Luckily Ralph's carried individual eye shadow brushes for me to purchase.

If you can spend the money, I recommend Japonesque.  I heard Mac also has great ones too.

Be Delicious - Fresh Blossom
My perfume at the moment.
Before I was using Alfred Sung's Shi for the longest time.  I usually repeat the same perfume for 2 years and then move on to a different one.  Love this smell!!

love bareminerals. do you have the new one with the spin top so you can close it? it's pretty cool :)

about the eyeliner, does it smear easy?

are you talking about the refillable brush? What is this spin top you speak of? whaaat?! i hate how the make up leaks of powder in my make up bag.

eyeliner. when i use it on the top it never smears. only the bottom. i like how it's dark and glides on

no, no, not the brush, the actual foundation has a top that you turn so that powder won't leak through the holes! it's pretty cool :)

btw, what mascara do you recommend?

Aww I'm glad u liked it. I use Cover Girl lash blast. I like it a lot. I dont like spending a lot of money on mascara because it gets replaced too often.
